Anglo Irish Bank Corporation Limited - Resignation of Frank Daly from Board of Directors

The Chairman of Anglo Irish Bank, Donal O’Connor today (22nd December 2009) announces that Mr Frank Daly has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Bank with immediate effect in order to take up the vitally important role of Chairman of NAMA.The Board has noted his resignation with great regret. 

Donal O’Connor, Chairman of Anglo Irish Bank said:

It is with deep regret that the Board of the Bank has noted Frank’s resignation.  I would like to personally thank Frank for his immense contribution to the Bank and in particular wish to acknowledge the dedication, experience and outstanding judgement he has brought to the Board in what has been an extremely difficult environment.The Board of Directors and I wish him every success in his new and challenging role.”
