Anglo Irish Bank Corporation Limited - Notice re Completion of Capital Injection by the Government
Further to the notices on the 29th June and 6th August 2009, Anglo Irish Bank announces that the Government has today provided €172,279,996 of capital to Anglo Irish Bank. Under the terms of the investment made today, Anglo Irish Bank has received €172,279,996 and in return has issued 1,076,749,975 ordinary shares of €0.16 each at nominal value.
